A person who has placed in the top 3 in a previous regional event in the current Tour may participate in any blind draws, the 3 Pro Events (Pro Dbls 501, Pro/Am Cricket, and Pro Singles), and the two Mixed events AS THE PRO at subsequent Regionals. **
